We won't ask you “where do you see yourself in 10 years” but we need to prove that you are an intrinsically motivated tester with a hands-on approach and thinking outside of the box, who is not afraid to get a bit dirty sometimes 😎 You should have some background on which you can start building your career with us:

• You are an experienced tester in agile environment and you know the software development cycle well
• You are able to set up a testing process from scratch
• You know what quality assurance means and you know it is also about communication and networking
• You speak English very well, German is a plus
• You are proactive and motivated. You want to be the face of QA, promoting your skills and discipline
• You are open to mentor others and general knowledge sharing
• You have your own direction of expertise - whether it is design, test automation, performance or development processes
• You want to evolve the right culture with us
• You are not afraid of responsibility, flexibility and change
