We are looking for intrinsically motivated Scrum Master with hands-on approach who is not afraid to get a bit dirty sometimes 😎You should have some background on which you can start building your career with us:

• University degree or similar experience with a focus on IT
• Practical experience as Scrum Master or Product Manager in the digital environment
• Familiarity with agile mindset & methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured, proactive working approach, solution and service-oriented thinking and action
• Strong background in digital business design and digital business model creation
• Team spirit and proactive approach to achieve goals together
• High resilience, flexibility and a strong willingness to change, especially with regard to agile working methods
• A high level of initiative and very good communication skills
• Very good communication in English and Czech (German is an advantage :) Jawohl!)
