• Experience with React in bigger projects, TypeScript, Node.js, JavaScript, CI/CD, unit, integration and e2e tests, experience working with design systems. Collaboration with UX/UI Product designers, code review, Cypress tests, styled components
• Experience with agile mindset & methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Team lead experience and solid soft skills to become a great coach for your people
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured, proactive approach to work
• Team spirit in order to achieve goals together
• Open mindset to new things and technologies
• A high level of initiative and good communication & presentation skills to speak with clients
